Jillian Mergruen, RD, CDN (she/her/hers) is a registered dietitian who specializes in eating disorder nutrition work. Jillian is based in the New York City area and does mainly virtual work throughout the United States. She received her BS in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Jillian started working with eating disorders since interning at a private practice when she was 15 years old. Her experience in eating disorder treatment continued while working in higher levels of care at the Renfrew Center of New York as a dietitian until Fall 2021. Jillian works with clients with eating disorders along with other nutrition-related issues such as diabetes and GI nutrition. She works with clients of all ages and genders, with majority of experience between ages 14 through 65. Jillian also offers meal support services for her clients. Jillian's passion is working with people who have disordered eating to promote the mindset that all foods fit, along with bringing flexibility to her client's eating habits and life. She focuses on working with her clients to find more compassion for themselves in their food choices and body image struggles. Jillian is a trauma-informed clinician who can help clients process weight and body judgements. Jillian prides herself on being a weight inclusive dietitian, focusing on helping people of all body sizes find their version of health.

Hi, I’m Donna.

Donna Varamo, MS, RDN, CDN (she/her/hers) is a registered dietitian specializing in disordered eating and eating disorder treatment. Donna is based in Westchester, NY, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Marist College and a Master's of Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College.

Donna's nutrition career began at Monte Nido and Affiliates, where she refined her skills and expertise working with individuals across various levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Donna has experience working with adolescents and adults of all genders.

Donna’s approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and dedication to providing a judgment-free space for her clients. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person's relationship with food, Donna collaborates with her clients to nurture healthy connections with both food and body while embracing an all foods fit philosophy. She is also a non-diet, weight inclusive provider.

Whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery or seeking an improved relationship with food, Donna is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.

Melissa Mann, MS, RD, CDN, CEDS (she/her/hers) is a registered dietitian who specializes in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a dual minor in nutrition and human services from the University of Delaware. Melissa went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Long Island University Post. She later earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. 

Her career began at The Mount Sinai Hospital in 2016, where she worked as a Clinical Nutrition Coordinator, specializing in oncology. In 2022, she became the dietitian at Monte Nido River Towns, an eating disorder treatment center in Irvington, NY, where she continues to practice. Over the past several years, she has worked in the outpatient setting, supporting clients struggling with eating disorders and gastrointestinal conditions, and providing guidance for general nutrition needs. 

Melissa works with clients to cultivate more peaceful and attuned relationships with food and body through a weight-inclusive approach. Her work centers on rebuilding trust with food and supporting clients in reconnecting with their internal cues. Melissa’s nutrition counseling is grounded in an all foods fit philosophy. She believes nourishing your body should be personalized, sustainable, and enjoyable. In her work, she helps clients move towards self-compassion around food and body.
