Our first meeting will focus on getting to know you, including discussing your needs, learning your history and creating goals for our work together. This session will take place virtually.

Each meeting after our initial session will center on your current needs and your long-term goals, often including nutrition and body image work, and building compassion for yourself in this process. This work can feel challenging, and I am here to support you each step of the way. This session will take place virtually.

This service is for anyone that needs support around meal times, plate building, or specific food exposures. This can happen on an as needed basis or can be scheduled regularly to provide consistency to meal times. This service can happen virtually or potentially in-person at a dining establishment.

Family sessions are valuable for anyone struggling to connect with family (or any supports) on any nutrition based topics. Together we can meet to discuss challenges and set forth plans and goals to move forward. This can happen separately or in-conjunction with individual work.

Nutrition Groups are an important piece of recovery for many people with disordered eating and eating disorders. Group spaces allow for a sense of community and connection with others on similar journeys, while being supported by a dietitian in moving towards progress. Workshops can be facilitated as needed on nutrition or body-image related topics. Please contact for more information on workshops.
